"A lovey house with lots of space for several family groups. We have had a lovely week with some sunny days. We weren't affected by St Judes Storm fortunately. We'll always remember where we were for storm 2013 !! We loved Sandwich, Broadstairs and Whistable. Thank you."October 2013

"What a wonderful place Waitemata is! From the lovely welcome pack, to the fully stocked kitchen to the well appointed rooms, we've had a fantastic time and a week was defiantly not enough. Park at the end of the road (turn left at the bottom of Albion Road and keep going!) is superb, and it is only a ten minute walk from her to Dumpton Gap Beach - which is great for dogs! The personal touches around the house are lovely - we've stayed in house in Norfolk, Suffolk, Scotland and the Lake District and this is one of the best ! Thank you for allowing us into your home."August 2013

"Fantastic location here in Ramsgate. Comfortable house, very well equipped. Heating worked really well and beds were amazing; so comfortable. Miles & Pete's factory were great recommendations. We felt so welcome as soon as we arrived due to the welcome pack. Great DVD and sound system, a real home from home. There were ten people in the house but didn't feel cramped at all. Games were a bonus as-well. Thank you."June 2013
