Situated in the quiet village of Ospringe near Faversham, beautifully positioned within easy access to both North and East Kent. The historic market town of Faversham is a short drive away or a reasonable walk. The Cathedral City of Canterbury is an easy drive, as is Whitstable famous for its oysters, working fishing harbour and lively arts and music scene.

Faversham House: sleeps (8+ 1) in 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3/4 reception rooms, open fire, ample parking, extensive grounds.

Ground Floor

Entry into the grand hall.

Hall / TV large reception room, sofa seating for 8 to 10 guests. Large screen TV, selection of children's toys, board games.

Boot room / Cloakroom, - access through to independent Den.

Shower room - located just between the Den and Boot room.

Bespoke kitchen, beautifully fitted with range cooker, rustic island, large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the essentials for your stay. The washing machine is located upstairs. Double doors open to the dining room.

Dining room, a large grand entertainment space with a full length antique mahogany table and spare table that will accommodate all 14 guests, decorative fireplace.

Drawing room, grand double aspect windows, an open fire, seating for 10/12. Board games and a SONOS speaker system for guests to use.

Half way up the grand staircase to the Wing.


Double bedroom (sleeps 2) fitted cupboards.

Family room (sleeps 2 +1) double bed + camp bed (better suited to children)

Family bathroom, freestanding tub and separate shower.

What you need to know

If you are planning on using fireworks, PLEASE request permission before your arrival - adjacent to the property are horses/animals which need to be sheltered in the event of fireworks taking place.

A welcome basket of essentials upon arrival.

?Note: There is an occupied guest apartment with shared access to the driveway, garden is exclusive private use to Faversham House guests only.

Also, if you would like additional guests to join the party, beds can be arranged on request at a small premium cost.
