About Treehouse One


Get away from the stresses and strains of everyday living and simply relax in the truly natural environment of this special reserve. Drift off to sleep to the sounds of the animals, and awake to their morning routines and rituals. No traffic, no artificial noises .... just the sound of nature.

The treehouses offer comfort and serenity, with views across the Rhino enclosure, across to the Kent countryside and the English Channel in the distance.

Guests have free entry to the nature reserve, and the sister park. You can also explore the 600 acre reserve in your very own buggy, with special access to exclusive areas when the park is closed to the public!

And after a wonderful day spent seeing elephants, giraffes, rhinos, zebras and many more animals, you can relax in the Clubhouse, an exclusive facility for the Treehouse guests, offering drinks and light refreshments overlooking the reserve.

Treehouse guests can also use the facilities of the on-site Mansion hotel with its beautiful formal gardens, ornate terraces and restaurant and bar.

There are ten Treehouses in total - all completely identical, so bring your family and friends too and share the amazing experience!

If you can tear yourself away to explore outside the reserve you are within a few miles of the wonderfully sandy beaches of the Kent coast and the pretty market town of Tenterden. Canterbury is half an hour to the North or you could visit one of the many renowned vineyards in the area.

Treehouse One, sleeps four, in two bedrooms, one bathroom and outside dining space. Parking available.

The lounge/dining area has seating for four people, and dining table and chairs for four. TV/freeview.

The kitchen has all the essential appliances required an electric hob/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. There is no washing machine.

Bedroom one (sleeps 2): kingsize bed and sliding hidden cupboards.

Bedroom two (sleeps 2): kingsize zip-link bed (can be converted into twin beds on request), and sliding hidden cupboards.

Bathroom: with bath and overhead shower. Luxury toiletries, bathrobes and slippers provided.

Outside

Large private decked veranda, with all-weather rattan seating.

What you need to know

The treehouse is approached via a flight of outside wooden steps.

Every luxury is considered during your stay in the trees, with bathrobes and slippers, and luxury toiletries.

Access to the treehouses is via steep outside wooden stairs.

Cots and highchairs available on request (additional charge).

Unlimited free entry to the nature reserve and the sister park, both within 10 miles of each other.

Unlimited entry to the Howletts Tree Top Challenge, a thrilling obstacle course with high ropes and zip wires.

Treehouse guests can also use the facilities of the Mansion hotel with its beautiful formal gardens, ornate terraces and restaurant and bar. The restaurants will be closed during the Christmas period.
