About Nightingale Cottage


Rural Kent holiday cottage near Canterbury in a beautiful countryside setting. This spacious cottage has been furnished to a very high standard with fabulous views of the rolling countryside. The cottage is full of character and boasts double French doors from the lounge inviting you to take in the fantastic views, perfect for summer holidays or short breaks. With miles of country walks on your doorstep and Canterbury only 3 miles away you are ideally situated for a break in Kent. Also ideal for families holidaying together as it has a larger converted barn next door, Bacchus Barn, that can accommodate a further 6 people, please ask for more details. Enjoy cross-country bike riding for those of a sporty inclination or take a picnic to the surrounding, or badger watch in one of the surrounding butterfly glades.

Kitchen area, microwave oven, halogen hob, microwave and fridge with separate freezer.

Family bathroom, bath, overhead shower

Separate communal utility area is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board

Master bedroom (sleeps 2), king size bed

Single room (sleeps 1 + 1 - 1 adult and 1 child only), single bed, plus a mattress for a child to the floor.

Outside

Terrace seating for 6 with views, parasol, BBQ ( no coal provided) and sunbeds.

A large gravelled area providing secure parking for three cars.
