Broadstairs, a classic seaside resort, has it all from ice-cream parlors, beachside shops and cafes, changing huts, a promenade and a small pier and small harbour, which is home to a little fleet of fishing boats. For the literary enthusiasts, overlooking the harbour is Bleak House, where Charles Dickens wrote David Copperfield.
Flintback Cottage: sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small court yard space, free on street parking and nearby car park (charges apply)
Dining room. Table and chair seating 6 guests, wooden floorboards - open plan leading to kitchen beyond a partition wall.
Living room, sofas seating upto 6 guests, TV & DVD player.
Kitchen, modern fittings, fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A back door leads from the kitchen to the intimate outside courtyard garden.
Open tread stairs lead from the dining room to the first floor.
Master bedroom (sleeps 2), double bed, cupboard space, en-suite wet-room has a shower and WC.
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2), twin room with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2), twin room with two 2'6 single beds more suitable for young adults and children.
Family bathroom, bath with a power shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
There is on road parking outside the cottage and a payable public car park to the rear.
An outside table and chairs has been provided for use during your stay.
Gas central heating
1 small dog is welcome, however please note there is restricted dog access on Viking Bay during the summer period. There is an unrestricted dog access on a beach known as Dumpton Gap 15 mins walk from the cottage. For more information please refer to your welcome notes which you will receive after your booking.
Travel cot and high chair available on request
Parking permits are available and can be purchased at a cost of £5 per day. There is no private parking available with the cottage.
