This beamed barn-style cottage sits in a countryside position forming part of Hoad Farm, which dates back to the 13th century.

Tastefully renovated creating a warm 'home from home' feel, with all you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The open plan living space provides a great space for socialising and the two bedrooms both have french doors opening out onto the shared enclosed courtyard.

With a choice of outdoor areas, Olive Tree Cottage offers plenty of space to enjoy the peace of the countryside. The courtyard leads through a gate to a large BBQ area overlooking the pretty, spacious lawn grounds which are home to a shaded Gazebo offering the ideal spot to unwind with a good book and a children's play area beyond.

For those looking to explore Kent's coastline, interesting towns and cities, and rolling countryside, Olive Tree offers an ideal position for all.
