About The Beach Cottage

With a gate directly opening out onto the beach from the spacious garden and wooden decked terrace, where you can unwind on the rattan sofa or enjoy a good book whilst swinging in the ideally placed hammock. What better backdrop is there? Situated minutes' walk from Sandgate's quaint high street, with interesting antique shops, tempting cafes and restaurants, and friendly pubs, from the eclectic mix of dishes at The Loaf café to the glass beach front balcony of the Ship Inn to name just a few.

This Grade II listed Kent holiday cottage has been lovingly restored, with a mix of antique and modern furnishings, and a tasteful, beautifully thought out design from the interior designer owner. The impressive staircase leads you up to three amply sized bedrooms, the master drawing you in with a sumptuous four poster bed that will quite easily tempt you in come evening. With plenty of living space, whether you want to cosy up in front of the log burner or step through into the open plan living area with a second sitting area to relax, or simply sit at the dining table and look out to sea.
