About Orchard View

Orchard View is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac overlooking the owners' 35 acre farm with orchards, vegetable fields, cows, pigs, chickens and horses. The distant view of the Cathedral is a tell-tale sign that in just 10 minutes you can drive into the centre of the vibrant City of Canterbury, full of cafes, restaurants and shops as well as some great museums and heritage sites.

Walkers and cyclists can explore the surrounding countryside and the pretty nearby villages of Chilham and Chartham, and further afield is the coastal town of Whitstable, famous for its oysters.

This characterful 1970's bungalow has been lovingly renovated and is now a spacious and comfortable holiday home with a double aspect sitting room, kitchen/dining room looking over the garden, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bungalow has a large garden for socialising, with a brick built BBQ and food preparation area. A wooden gate leads to the lovely heated swimming pool which guests have the private use of, on request. And for cooler days, the property has an open fire and table football for some family fun.
