Keepers House is a picturesque self-catering holiday cottage and has an abundance of charm and character. Situated within the truly stunning grounds of Leeds Castle and overlooking Weir Pond, the location of this Kentish holiday home is second to none. This spacious cottage has a wealth of traditional charm with many original features including beams, inglenook fireplaces and exposed brick and stone work. The spacious living areas and generous bedrooms make this the perfect place for large groups to holiday together. Beautiful soft furnishings hand sewn by the castle seamstress and a large garden backing onto woodland add to the ambience of the property. This self-catering holiday cottage would be a perfect base for those wishing to explore the Kent countryside. It is a walker's paradise with acres of castle grounds to explore and a comfortable cottage to come back to, what more could you want from a short break or longer vacation in the Kent countryside.

Guests are given a free pass to the castle and are welcome to wander around the castle and grounds at leisure and enjoy everything that this magical place has to offer. The nearby Mercure Hotel kindly offers use of their gym and leisure facilities, perfect for those who like to work up a sweat or fancy a swim!

Keepers House has a large living area with inglenook fireplace, a traditional country kitchen with aga, five generous sized bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a pretty terraced garden area overlooking the pond, the perfect place to sit and enjoy a summer BBQ and glass of chilled wine after a day exploring the grounds. This is truly a hidden gem of a Kent holiday cottage, a real taste of living in a country residence with all the charm and history you would want from your holiday.

Bathroom with ball and claw bath and shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

Double bedroom (sleeps 2) with Queen Anne style double bed, fitted double wardrobe and drawer space

The sitting room area has seating for 10, inglenook fireplace, large refectory table with chairs seating 10

First floor

Master bedroom (sleeps 2) in a king size sleigh bed, chest of drawers

Twin room (sleeps 2) with 2 single beds, chest of drawers

Double bedroom (sleeps 2) with fitted wardrobe offering plenty of storage during your stay.

The family bathroom is also on the first floor and has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

Attic bedroom (sleeps 2) with zip link beds (twin beds or double), chest of drawers and hanging space

A TV with DVD player has been provided for use during your stay
