Set within the grounds of the owner's home, Grapevine Lodge is a compact comfortable chalet style property. Pets are welcome to accompany you and will love racing across the adjoining field which the owner is happy for you to use. The property is set off a quiet road away from the main Whetsted Road but you will hear some traffic noise. Surrounded by the picturesque farmland of the Weald where once upon a time there were hop gardens stretching as far as the eye could see. Relive this time by visiting one of the last working hop farms within the area and now an award winning visitor attraction The Hop Farm Country Park, just a short walk away. Grapevine Lodge is hidden away from the rest of the world and is equipped for a relaxing holiday in the country.
"Delightful small wooden chalet type in the grounds of a larger house and grounds. Know the area very well as we have lived around there for most of our lives and moved away to Devon in the last 10 years. Our two large dogs had plenty of space, a bit cosy with them, and we were able to clean up after them with their vacuum cleaner. Walking area for the dogs in their grounds and a large field over the road which we used with permission. So a useful stop over for us, and did the job fine."May 2015 - Mr W.Coltham

"A lovely chalet. Very clean and tidy. Owner was very welcoming. Although daytime traffic can be heard in the background, it was not intrusive. I would recommend this accommodation."February 2014
