The small, quiet and ancient village of Ulcombe, with its lovely church, lies in an enviable location amidst the lush greenery of Kent. In an area such as this, outdoor pursuits are plentiful with opportunities for walking, cycling, riding, tennis, golf and fishing. There is plenty to keep everyone amused for a whole day out Leeds Castle, a moated castle with spacious grounds and even a maze. For those who like excitement, Leeds Castle also has a Go Ape attraction which is a high wire climbing adventure through the treetops.

 Open plan living area with 2 sofas to seat 6 + 1 x Sofa bed

Dining table seats 6, extend-able doors to the patio and enclosed garden.

Kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, electric hobs and oven.

A Twin bedroom (sleeps 2) or Super king double on request, and TV / DVD

Family bathroom with walk in shower

(The ground floor is particularly suitable for guests who may have reduced mobility).

First Floor

Master bedroom (sleeps 2) Super King size double bed or 2 single zip-link beds for a twin bedroom on request. , TV/DVD with an en-suite bathroom - bath and overhead shower
