Attractive group of country cottages set in the lovely rural hills of Kent ideal for a peaceful short break holiday or summer vacation. The cottages have been tastefully furnished to make your vacation a memorable one and with the cathedral city of Canterbury within easy reach this would make a lovely holiday destination. This ideal group accommodation offers six bedrooms within three neighbouring cottages that benefit from a private games and dining room to cater all, be it for a family vacation or a special occasion among friends. Larger groups can also now be accommodated.

So special...

Walk out of your door onto the North Downs and explore the Wye Crown cut into the chalk hill to commemorate Edward V11's coronation. Nearby is the wonderfully picturesque village of Wye with an excellent range of local shops, farmers market, pubs and restaurants. Ashford Designer Outlet is within a few miles and for history lovers, the cathedral city of Canterbury is closeby. The charming seaside town of Hythe with its excellent fish restaurants and lovely promenade is also worth a visit.

The Mill Cottages: sleeps 12 in 6 double bedrooms, 3 reception rooms, 2 en-suite shower rooms, 2 family bathrooms. Communal games and additional reception room for dining for all guests.

Accommodation is provided within 3 adjoining cottages (no interconnecting doors) on ground level and each with 2 bedrooms own reception, kitchen and bathrooms.

Bed configuration:

1 Mill Cottage:  2 x Double bedrooms (sleeps 2 each) both en-suite with shower and a reception area.

2 & 3 Mill Cottages:  2 x Twin room (sleeps 2 each) and 2 x double (sleeps 2 each) Sitting rooms are spacious. 1 Family bathroom in each cottage, with bath tub.

Living area:

All cottages are offered with the same newly renovated standard, 1 Mill is slightly smaller living space.

3 x Kitchen areas, well equipped with dishwashers, electric ovens, electric hobs, extractor fans and fridges.

TV, DVD player


French doors lead to the patio garden with seating for all guests and BBQs.

Allocated parking for three cars and further parking is available for guests use.

In addition to the patio garden there are communal gardens for all to use, plus a children's play area.

Washing and drying facilities are available for all in the communal laundry room.

Cot and highchair available.

Can be let with other cottages to sleep 18 (known as The Old Saw Mill Cottages).
