This charming group accommodation within the depths of beautiful Kentish countryside yet within easy reach of the City of Canterbury is an ideal choice for special occasions and summer time exploring. This complex of holiday cottages with pretty exterior provide a great choice of accommodation within five cottages plus the benefit of a separate games room which doubles as a large dining space to seat all guests! The self-catering accommodation is attractively furnished in a modern style enhanced with the owner's flair for those 'special touches'. It is ideal for family holidays with a children's play area and within walking distance of the village pub. The private patio offers a quiet spot to enjoy the surroundings and while away the evenings with a family barbecue you can also bring your beloved pooch along to enjoy the holiday.

So special...

Walk out of your door onto the North Downs and explore the Wye Crown cut into the chalk hill to commemorate Edward V11's coronation. Nearby is the wonderfully picturesque village of Wye with an excellent range of local shops, farmers market, pubs and restaurants. Ashford Designer Outlet is within a few miles and for history lovers, the cathedral city of Canterbury is closeby. The charming seaside town of Hythe with its excellent fish restaurants and lovely promenade is also worth a visit.

Hastingleigh Barn Complex: sleeps 18 in 8 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 5 reception rooms, 3 en-suite shower rooms, 3 family bath/shower rooms, communal games room and additional reception room for dining.

Accommodation is provided within five cottages - 3 are adjoining cottages (no interconnecting doors) on ground level and each with 2 bedrooms. Plus a further 2 adjoining cottages (not interconnecting) in the same complex - ground level, each with 1 bedroom, and one with a sofa bed. All cottages have there own reception, kitchen and bathroom/s.

The Mills 3 adjoining cottages:

Bed Configuration:

1 Mill Cottage 2 x Double bedrooms (sleeps 2 each) both en-suite shower rooms and a reception area.

2 and 3 Mill Cottages 2 x Twin room singles beds (sleeps 2 each) and 2 x double bedrooms (sleeps 2 each) Sitting rooms. 1 Family bathroom in each cottage, with bath tub.

Living area:

All cottages are offered with the same newly renovated standard, 1 Mill is slightly smaller living space.

3 x Kitchen areas, well equipped with dishwashers, electric ovens, electric hobs, extractor fans and fridges.

The Stables 2 adjoining cottages

Bed Configuration:

1 Stables, 1 Twin bedroom, (sleeps 2) ensuite shower room, plus a double sofa bed (sleeps 2)

2 Stables, 1 open plan living area, with double futon bed (sleeps 2) with Shower room


French doors / Doors lead to the patio garden with seating for all guests and BBQs

Allocated parking for five cars and further parking is available for guests use.

In addition to the patio garden there are communal gardens for all to use, a children's play area.

Washing and drying facilities are available for all in the communal laundry room.

What you need to know

Pets only allowed in 1 and 2 Mill Cottages - please do not let your pets in the other accommodation on site.  For smaller groups, why not book Hastingleigh Barn Cottages, which sleeps 12 in 3 properties.
