Embraced by nature and full of quintessential English charm, Honeypot is the perfect love nest for a romantic holiday getaway.
Situated in the charming English village of Petham just a few miles from Canterbury. Nestled away from the world in the midst of the rolling countryside, along a tiny lane set back within the secluded grounds of a farmhouse, boasting extensive gardens and shared use of a Tennis court.
This quirky bolthole exudes a cheer from its artsy English interior, a sympathetically converted sweet cabin, now poised upon a raised decked terrace with views out over meadows and fruit trees. A haven for afternoons in the hammock catching up on a bit of reading and at night lovebirds can cuddle up around the open fire pit, enjoying the quiet night sky - simply heaven!
The pretty and compact interior provides all the essentials for the perfect break away, including a log burning stove, quaint kitchenette, a small TV and even WiFi for those who really must keep in touch with world.

"What a lovely little place. Peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay immensely, just a shame we never made it to the tennis court! Its lovely to actually hear the birds and not have them drowned out by traffic. Very much looking forward to a return visit. Many thanks!"May 2015 - Tracey and Martin
"Your little lodge in a serene spot in the garden of England is lovely! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here accompanied with the singing birds and Marge the Mower. On our way down from Essex we visited Rochester Castle and traveled to Ramsgate, Sandwhich and Canterbury during our stay. This was our last holiday before our first baby is due and our first time in Kent! We've had such a fantastic time and we will visit again when there are three of us. Thank you for the Kent Honey it was truly scrumptious."May 2015 - Josh and Amy
"Thank you very much! We have had a wonderful Easter Break. We love this place so much and have returned within a year! Love the birds in the morning, tennis courts and the garden. Many thanks and see you soon!"Easter 2015 - Cy and Anthony
"What a fantastic, sweet, cute and petite holiday home!! We've had a wonderful short stay at this romantic Honeypot. It was only one and a half hours from London, but such a quiet secret little place. Like the wood burner, tennis court, lovely lawn and not to forget lawn mower. I hope you have given him/her a name :). As someone new to a DSLR camera, this is a perfect place for me to practice my skill with my new Nikon camera. I was amazed to shoot good night sky pictures, lots of stars AND my first milky way!!! Thank you for the wine and tennis rackets. We shall return one day!"September 2014 - C.Y and Anthony
"Thank you so much for creating a perfect home from home. We had everything we could possibly need and loved. The extra special touches: disco lights, fairy light canopies, extra soft and cosy bed, veranda and the wine (even though we don't drink :) The robotic lawn mower was very fascinating. Hop Pocket pub serves incredible food. Would recommend the chicken roast, ginger beef and the burger. Beautiful walks, The Minnis, Highland Cattle, horses and Shetland ponies, chickens, dogs, butterflies and apple trees all made for an amazing weekend. We'd very happily come back! Thanks again."September 2014 - Christine and Dan
"Thank you so much for the lovely stay in Honeypot. Sorry we had to cut it a bit short. Enjoyed a great game of tennis and some relaxation in the garden. Thanks for the wine and beer."September 2014
"Booked this for a romantic birthday getaway, WOW. It's perfect, so cosy with everything you could want. It's close to home but feels like it could be miles away. The lighting is great and the fire is a nice way to spend an evening. Would love to come back in Spring when the orchard is in bloom. Would recommend The Hop Pocket pub- food was delicious, reasonable price and only a 20 minute walk away. All in all a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone (under 6ft tall) We will be back!!!"September 2014 - Keely and Milo
"Very very lovely place, remote, private and safe."August 2014
"What a cute little place! Love love love everything about this little treasure. In love with the log burner and hammock. I'm taking some inspiration back to London for my home. Place heated up very well and water was piping hot which I wasn't expecting. All in all a lovely memorable getaway (by the way the dogs are absolutely adorable and friendly, fell in love with them). Thank you for this little slice of heaven. Back to the concrete jungle!"August 2014- Shivani and Gaurav
"We booked the Honeypot for our first wedding anniversary and we have had the most fantastic time! Lovely and romantic, relaxing with everything you need. We spent a lot of time on the porch with the fairy lights and candles. Love the log burner and fire pit!! The Hop Pocket pub does a great burger! Really friendly hosts, Sarah is really welcoming and helpful. We would really love to come and stay again!"August 2014 - Joanne and Luke
"I have been in the Honeypot a week now and am sad to leave. A perfect place for me; comfortable, homely and private. It has been a joy to listen to the birds from my bed in the early morning. The little stove works well - easy to light. I've tried out all the walks and stringed them together for some extra mileage. The village shop (short walk) is very well stocked. Its also nice to drop in at the local pub ( The Crown) and chat with the locals. Its been good - I'll come again!"August 2014 - Jetty
"How lucky we were to find this fabulous place at the last minute! As the first guests we feel really lucky to have stayed here in the very comfortable Honeypot. All in all the Honeypot had everything we needed - comfortable bed, all mod cons and a great deck to while away the sunny afternoons. Looking forward to coming again in the winter so we can make use of the log burner! Friendly, helpful hosts but still plenty of privacy tucked away in the garden."July 2014 - Fern and Andrew
