Contemporary meets classic in this quirky cottage dating back to 1824. Lovingly styled you'll love all that you find hidden inside. Yet it's only 10 miles from Bath offering the urban and the country in one go.
Oozing style, charm and personality Watersmeet Cottage offers period character features such as large open fireplaces, flagstone flooring and beamed ceilings infused with great 21st century interior design and unexpected flashes of colour.
Set in an unspoilt idyllic hamlet just 10 miles from Bath city centre this property offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms each with its own roll top bath and large living areas into which the sun streams into on a bright day.
The whole house has been lovingly updated and now offers unusual statement pieces of art and furniture while retaining the splendour of the original features of the house.
Outside you have the choice of three separate garden areas one with a meandering brook and waterfall opposite the house perfect for a paddle, a small courtyard area for your morning coffee and the main garden perfect for sitting in to relax and unwind or to dine alfresco.
If you are looking to get away from it all but still be central to visit Bath, The Cotswolds, Bristol or any of the other many attractions of the area, Watersmeet Cottage is the perfect Bath hideaway.
Lovely cottage, really cosy. the village is beautiful and we had some wonderful walks. The owner was very helpful.
Service rating : Very helpful and always high quality cottages. Product : A beautiful cottage in a lovely part of Wiltshire. Nicely decorated and very warm - though we'd love to go back in the summertime too. We had a fantastic New Year break and it was just the right size for 2 X families of 4.
We are delighted you enjoyed Watersmeet Cottage and that your party of 2 families enjoyed your new year break. We look forward to helping you book a return stay in the summer.
