About Atherstone Cottage
Atherstone Cottage is a newly refurbished semi-detached thatched cottage in the tiny hamlet of Atherstone in Somerset; set in a largely disused farm courtyard owned by the Dillington estate nearby. Being within close reach of the A303, gives easy and quick access to the cottage for an ideal Somerset holiday cottage getaway for families or couples.
Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and both have an ensuite, one with a bath and shower, the other a walk-in wetroom and shower. The open plan kitchen is extremely well kitted out, with a lovely large stone-floored living and dining room making the perfect space for enjoying food and good company. Outside is a well tended garden and gorgeous walks can be enjoyed from your doorstep.
Atherstone cottage is in the heart of Somerset cider country, so we suggest a local walk and visits to Temperley's Cider Brandy Company at Burrow Hill and Perry's Cider Brewery Museum to add to your to do.
