Lynden House is all about the view! The mature well-maintained gardens, with swimming pool and terraces, sweep down towards a large pond and then seamlessly blend into the beautiful Sussex countryside. Set peacefully between the quintessential English villages of Ticehurst and Wadhurst, this sophisticated holiday house has a welcoming feel with light and airy rooms and incredible views from nearly every window. Inside, the calming but interestingly quirky interior styling makes for a charming, relaxed home. There are modern French representations throughout and devotees of Philippe Starck will appreciate the design style.
Bedrooms are arranged over the ground and lower ground floor, some rooms with direct access to the garden. As well as the main gardens, there is a small courtyard with a hot tub and dining table, and the grounds lead the way to a circular running route. Accommodating fifteen guests with a couple more little ones on request, there are 7 bedrooms in a mix of kings, twin and a family room. This is the ideal East Sussex holiday home for those who appreciate a touch of designer luxury.
