"Lovely stay, perfect for four adults and 1 teenager looking for a more relaxing way to see in the New Year. Location is great for Pooh Sticks and the coast. Attention to detail is amazing, lovely facilities and the ducks are great ! Obviously the highlight of the trip was meeting Digby."

"Jane & Mike made us very welcome in this wonderful holiday cottage. The house and grounds are simply gorgeous and they were very generous in letting us use the pool whenever we wanted. We had 30 degree weather for quite a few days and it was simply glorious. Thank you for accommodating us and being so helpful with freezer space, washing machine use etc! The kids had an amazing time and we have had a very relaxing holiday. All the best!"

23rd August 2016 - Michael & Rita

"Mike & Jane have made this the perfect vacation spot. We were thoroughly spoilt from the thick fluffy towels, to the comfortable beds and bedding, not to mention all the mod cons and bathrooms. So much attention to detail was put into this cottage even the ducks & teddy's and the fresh flowers as well as books and games. The pool was fantastic, the table tennis was great fun. Unfortunately we didn't get to play tennis this time although I'm sure we will come back. Mike & Jane were on hand to answer any queries & even tell us about the area. The children all agreed that this was the best holiday ever! Thank you for everything."

18th August 2016 - Jeff & Judy

"Dear Mike & Jane, Thank you so much for opening your property up to us. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Whether it was the cosy duvets, the perfectly heated swimming pool, the extremely bouncy tennis court or the amazing kitchen appliances - we have enjoyed every minute. It certainly wasn't easy for us to find a place and thankfully we hit the jack pot down here in Sussex. Thank for being open to all our inquiries. All the best."

"We would like to thank Mike and Jane for making us all feel so welcome. What a lovely cottage! We've enjoyed swimming, tennis, eating at the local pub and played on one of the nearby golf courses. The pool has been a joy, remaining at 30 degrees even when the weather wasn't great, we've still been able to make good fun and enjoy the facilities. Thank you, we wish you all the very best."

1st August 2016 - The Thornby's

"We were in desperate need for a holiday and we were delighted to find this cottage. It had everything we look for in a cottage (pool, wifi, tennis). The hosts, Mike and Jane, were extremely attentive and upon arrival there was milk, cookies and eggs waiting for us. Mike and Jane were very helpful and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed taking advantage of the pool (going in twice a day), as well as the tennis and ping pong. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return, Thank you."
