Bedroom 3: Insulated timber construction, Beach Hut style room positioned in the garden; double sofabed

Family bathroom: Bath with shower over, washbasin, WC, underfloor heating.


Rear garden: Patio doors lead from sitting room onto the patio area with table and chairs and BBQ. Steps lead up to a lawned area with fern and palm borders. At the edge of the garden sits the Beach Hut room.


Unless otherwise advised at the time of booking, bedroom 1 will be made up as a super king size bed and bedroom 2 will be made up as a twin room
