Service rating : Generally good, helpful and efficient. Bit too keen on sending marketing and up-selling emails once signed up. Messed up taking security deposit and £300 is a distrustfully large amount. Product : Charming country farmhouse property, well equipped and VERY quiet location. Possibly in need of a bit of tlc and deep cleaning in places, but then it is a large property and I know this can be a full time job! Owners very pleasant and helpful. Lovely area for walks, local pubs and places to go. Was perfect for our needs and we would happily stay there again.
Thank you for your honest feedback, we apologise for the confusion regarding the security deposit, we do pre-authorise security deposit for our larger properties, the price is always dependent on the size of the property, and the furnishings within the property, that are provided by the owner.
We will take note of your feedback and pass your comments on to the owner, for their consideration.
