All my issues were dealt with quickly and well. The pictures on the website are not of flat 2 though as they show a chest in a spot where it would not even fit. While this is misleading it was in no way disappointing. The pricing seemed high for expenses other than the basic rental. To have $1000 tied up as a damage bond was far more than I have ever experienced. There was no servicing of the flat during my three week occupancy, and I had to buy a lot of supplies on arrival, even loo paper. But the flat was lovely and I had a great stay. Anamaria who handled my booking was efficient and patient. The flat is small but quite adequate. Plenty of storage. Very well located. Very comfortable and has character. A full length mirror would have just made it perfect, especially before going to the theatre. Overall I was very happy there.
