Sitting room: sofas and chair seats with additional seating for 10 guests, TV / DVD player, Satellite television, gallery windows all round, French doors to garden with small patio and table plus 2 chairs. Open fire.
Dining area: part of the sitting room, table to seat 8 guests (further two available on request). Bose docking station for iPhone 5 & 6.
Kitchen and breakfast room: seats 6, state of the art kitchen, fridge and freezer, electric hob, electric oven, extractor, dishwasher and wall mounted TV with Freeview. Bi-fold doors that open fully to patio with sofa seating for 10 guests and BBQ.
Utility room: connected to the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.

What you need to know
A security deposit of £750 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
Due to the cliff top location and in the interest of safety children must be supervised at all times, particularly whilst outside.

Please note checkout is at 10am, if a late checkout is required to 12pm a charge of £100 will apply. Alternatively, please book 3 nights accommodation.
