Take the kids to Badgers Hill Farm just a mile away to see the animals and ponies with its café gift shop and Cidery. Trail the North Downs Way visit Chilham Castle and the chocolate box picturesque Village of Chillham just 5 minutes away. Chilham is famous for the many period dramas which have been filmed there. The Woolpack The White Horse pub The Tudor Peacock wine bar and Shelley’s Tea Room around Chilham Village are all very warm and welcoming\nCanterbury Cathedral City is only a 15 minutes drive away steeped in History it has a wide choice of restaurants for all tastes and for the adventurous Charing Gliding Club is just 15 minutes away. The use of our hot tub is always available for your stay. Please note that due to COVID we are taking stricter measures to keep our users safe. Additional safety checks & maintenance is therefore being carried out. This includes emptying & re-filling between stays, additional sanitisation & chlorination. Hot tub supplements do unfortunately apply. We have tried to keep these priced as reasonably as possible. Prices are as follows, 1-3 nights £100. 4-7+ nights £160. This to be paid directly to the owner.
Please ensure you phone or text Ray, on 07999 090909 at least 2 days prior to your stay to confirm you require the use of the hot tub & to discuss the supplement payment. This can be paid by debit card over the phone, by bank transfer before, or, at the beginning of your stay, or, by cash on arrival.
Bikes can be stored in the garden as it is fully enclosed and gated. Various outdoor childrens play equipment is available for guests including a see-saw and go cart

Properties in England - Current government guidance states that in England, outdoor restaurants and takeaway options, as well as swimming pools are permitted to open in Step 2 (expected to be 12 April – 16 May 2021), subject to social distancing rules. Indoor entertainment and areas of hospitality will not be permitted to open until Step 3 (expected to be 17 May – 20 June 2021).
Wales: The latest Welsh government guidance states that outdoor attractions and outdoor hospitality, including at cafes, pubs and restaurants can reopen on Monday 26 April 2021. Gyms, leisure facilities and fitness facilities can reopen on 3 May 2021.
Scotland: The latest Scottish government guidance states that gyms and swimming pools can reopen for individual exercise on 26 April 2021. On the same day, outdoor hospitality (which can serve alcohol and stay open until 10pm) and indoor hospitality (without alcohol and closing at 8pm) can reopen.
