  • What you need to know

    A security deposit of £400 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.

    There is an uneven/slippery path up to the property, please take extra care in the dark and in wet conditions.

    This property is suitable for couples, families, plus extended family groups.

    Please note that this is not a party house and is located in a residential area and that there is a strict no outside noise policy in place after 10.30pm.

    Parking: Zone N Permits / On street parking permits are supplied for all bookings for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Permits supplied expire at 9.00am each morning. (We do however have a reasonably priced 24hr council Car Park within a 5 minute walk of the apartment if you wish to bring extra vehicles - strictly at your own cost ).

Within ten minutes’ walk you will find plenty of independent restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket for all of those necessities. In Brighton town centre, wander the North Laine and The Lanes for those quirky antique shops!
