Clients are strictly requested not to arrive before 5pm If you arrive before 5pm you will not be permitted entry as the property is large, the owners require additional time to prepare the property for your arrival. Please do not request an early arrival. On your day of departure please leave no later than 9am. Thank you.
The property is fitted with integrated smoke alarms. There is an unfenced pond in the garden. The property is not be suitable for guests that use a wheelchair or have any mobility issues, and although the property has ground floor facilities these are not suitable for less mobile guests.
There is a fuel supplement of 70GBP per week or 30 GBP per short break. This also applies if heating is required from May to October, payable on arrival. The fuel for the open fire is not provided but available at the local garage 5 miles away. This property will only accept a max on 15 people in the party, including babies.
Please note this property does not accept stag and hen do's.
