The property is fitted with integrated smoke alarms. There is an unfenced pond in the garden. Up to one dog only. The property may not be suitable for guests that use a wheelchair 24 hours a day, but is suitable for guests who can partially walk without using a chair. There is a fuel supplement of £70 per week or £30 per short break. This also applies if heating is required from May to October, payable on arrival. The fuel for the open fire is not provided but available at the local garage 5 miles away. This property will only accept a max on 15 people in the party, including babies.
