The property is independently accessed from the main drive of the owner’s property via a public footpath for about 25 metres. The path can be lit at night.

What you need to know
Property is in the grounds of the owners house. Parking is the spacious driveway of the owners house. There is a 40 metre walk down a public footpath to the property from the parking space. There is some visbility of the owners allotment from the property but for the most part it is private.

Pets - The property is only suitable for 1 dog.
