Good service all the way through. Lovely accommodation in a beautiful area. Cottages very well equipped. Unfortunately, with 8 girls sharing all needing baths and showers after a long walk in the sunshine, the hot water ran out. Not surprising but the written advice on boosting and restoring hot water is very unclear. By the time we had pushed buttons in closets we were non the wiser and concerned that we had made matters worse. A call to the owner was not responded to leaving us feeling ignored and concerned. The water heated up again and we hadn’t caused any damage. My advice is to update the information and put up signs to explain which buttons(discrete ones in the closets) to push. Also to reply to requests for assistance. It’s a small’ish point and we would happily return to the cottage
