What you need to know
A security deposit of £500 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.

There is a pond in the garden and an empty swimming pool, please ensure children are supervised at all times.
Regret no stags or hens, but wedding groups are welcome.
Due to its location we ask that you respect the house rules: no parties/music or loud noise outside or after 11pm, no fireworks. Please contact us if you have any queries as to its suitability for your group and we will be happy to advise.
Please note the house is situated in the vicinity of a wedding venue, so some noise may be heard across the field on occasion. Two barns are also available to hire seating 120 people, and activities can be organised for your stay such as clay pigeon shooting, a personal trainer and catering - please enquire with the Booking Team.
Please do not use the lawn outside the front of the property, however there is a large garden to the rear of the house which is exclusive for guests use.
In light of Covid-19, accommodation providers may have temporarily removed some non-essential, high touch items (some examples may include decorative cushions, games and hair dryers) from their accommodation.
