"Beautifully restored spacious Edwardian townhouse 1 minute to the beach with lovely side sea views and a lovely sunny rear garden. This is a really special property designed to provide a relaxing environment for groups of family and friends to get together relax dine and use as a base to explore wonderful West Sussex from.\n\nThere are five double bedrooms each with a kingsize bed. One of the rooms also has a set of bunk beds for children another has an easy-to-use sofa bed also ideal for children. There are three en-suites and a family bathroom plus two separate toilets.\n\nOn the ground floor the feature lounge has an easy-to-use wood-burning stove large Smart TV and sofas and armchairs. There are patio doors out on to the decked garden area which has a stylish dining table with chairs. There is also a bench and small bistro set so everyone has a seat in the garden. The garden is a real sun trap and has recently had a Ground-Force style make-over whilst retaining some lovely mature shrubs and trees it’s a lovely place to relax and unwind.\n\nThe kitchen diner is a real wow space. Built-in bench seating and a 10ft solid oak dining table hand built in the property combined with modern dining chairs to seat fourteen guests. Appliances include - modern gas hob electric double oven dishwasher washing machine large fridge-freezer Nespresso machine and microwave. The kitchen is well kitted out for meal preparation. To the front of the property the driveway provides parking for 3 cars. Albert Road leads directly to the sea front and Coast is less than 100 yards from the sea.\nProperty is in same ownership as UK31083 just over a mile away."

    Properties in England - Current government guidance states that in England, outdoor restaurants and takeaway options, as well as swimming pools are permitted to open in Step 2 (expected to be 12 April – 16 May 2021), subject to social distancing rules.
