Introduction

"Coastal Retreat is a holiday apartment set within the owner’s family home. For anyone driving there is ample on street parking along Grimthorpe Avenue. With your own private entrance to the left of the property via a low wooden fenced gate leading to the relaxing garden and apartment.\n\nCoastal Retreat comprises of one-bedroom shower room kitchen and livingentertainment area with a pool table 65-inch TV and access to our garden and hot tub.\n\nWhitstable is a quaint harbour village famous for its wonderful seafood especially Oysters. The Oyster festival is held here every Summer and is a must people travel from miles to visit each year Visit the working harbour and explore the independent shops and boutique stores and galleries."

Please note: There are 5 steps in the garden leading to the raised decked area. Sorry, no hen or stag parties. This property has a security deposit of £200. There is a separate entrance via a low level fence gate.

This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
