Mulberry’s booking service was straight forward and easy. I had quite a few questions and found live chat really helpful. I’ve used Mulbery many times as has my family and we can rely on the quality and styling to be just right with one of their houses. Dormestone is the perfect friend and family home. All the extras - tennis court, pool, gardens, snooker table and even a huge fire pit that looks down the countryside. The house is beautifully decorated and works well for a group, lots of reception rooms and nooks to hide away in.

Mulberry cottages offer first class service, they are very approachable and helpful. We spent a wonderful Easter weekend with the family at Dormestone Farm. It was a perfect place for us with a large, bright conservatory-dining-kitchen area where we cooked and ate some amazing meals. The pool table and lounge with open fire complemented all the other facilities. We managed to explore the local area despite the British weather but we will have to leave the swimming, BBQ’s and camp fire-pit till another visit. The 4 bedrooms met our needs well. The house is finished to a very high standard, is very clean and well maintained. There are many interesting pictures, artworks and other interesting artefacts to see. The views across the valley are fabulous. There’s plenty of parking. I think we will be coming back as it suited our needs so well and we had such a good time. Good value - the January discount was an added bonus

Clear communication. Reminders for final payment arrived when stated followed by instructions on access to the property. The farmhouse was lovely and secluded. Fabulous gardens. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The single track road to the farmhouse was busier than imagined. But not a problem. When we arrived, we found the microwave was not working. Reported to the housekeeper and it was replaced the following day. The perfect place for a peaceful holiday.

Very efficient booking service, had several email exchanges regarding details of my booking, very friendly and professional service. A beautiful and well appointed place that felt like a real home. Spotlessly clean, quiet location but near plenty of amenities.

The particulars are short of information eg what type and size cooker fridge etc. The house is equipped with Sonos but you don’t mention it in the particulars. Some of your competitors do a better selling job eg home away. About time the Sky box got an upgrade to HD. TV upstairs no signal. WiFi doesn’t work in kitchen

Very efficient and an excellent website. We feel there is a market for more properties of this high a calibre. This is beautifully designed with a wealth of activities and a pleasure to stay at. It is difficult to find fault, but we have some minor observations that would have enhanced our stay: 1. Bathrobes or bath sheets 2. A remote control for the DVD player 3. The television in the bedroom working 4. And something to take the chill off the downstairs shower room But in all other respects all three generations loved it!
