Everything was well organized. Nice little house, not far away from the beach. We have had relaxing days in Camber.

Very efficient and helpful. The cottage was generally pretty good, and we had a really nice time. However a few things let it down which were a bit annoying! The lock on the front door was bizarre and I think a bit broken, we both stood for 10 mins trying to make it work on multiple occasions throughout our stay. The internet kept crashing every time we tried to connect laptops to it, however it worked with our phones. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and lacked a potato peeler. It also had a bit of a weird selection of mugs, one with ‘Andy’ written on it. I think a holiday Home should just have plain mugs, and also enough for all the inhabitants, there were only 5. I know all these things might seem a bit nit picky, but for the amount I paid I would expect a slightly more considered inventory, front door lock, and WiFi. That seems pretty basic to me. Otherwise everything was good!

I would have awarded 5 stars, but for the shower holder was broken and the flow down to a trickle. My wife and I shower daily, thus found this an inconvenience

Very helpful whenever we contacted them Even though the property details specified a BBQ there was actually no outside area to the house and we had to set up the BBQ in the car park but could then not sit outside to enjoy it. The shower head was completely blocked and the water came out in a trickle. The shower head fixing to the support pole was also broken and we had to use a bottle of shampoo to hold it up in place ! the master bedroom was very small and the lack of any wardrobe to store a weeks worth of clothes was disappointing. The cooker hood was rather dangerous and 2 members of our family hit their head on it at various times. The property was in a good location for the beach but overall did not meet our expectations for the cost.

Excellent service from mulberry. The cottage was clean and presentable. It was well stocked with plates, cups, washing facilities etc. A Quiet collection of cottages with lots of places to visit. Very helpful and answered any questions I had very quickly. Very nice terrace cottage located within a fairly new build estate. Although camber itself has very little to offer other than beautiful sand dunes and beach. Rye is a very charming town few minutes down the road with antique shops and friendly tea rooms. Hastings a little further is a lovely day out and lots for the kids to do. The cottage contact number given was incorrect. I suggest you update this as we had to make contact as we couldn’t locate the sofa bed bedding. Also the house alarm was not active.
