Summary

Finchcocks Oast 33-42: sleeps 42 combined by Finchcocks Oast 1-22 and Finchcocks Oast 23-32 in 7 double bedrooms with 5 sofa or trundle beds, inner dressing room with twin, 2 twin rooms with double trundle beds, 2 double sofa beds in games room, all bedrooms are en-suite. WiFi access.

Ground Floor
Entrance area provides seating, a Bang & Olufsen (B&O) TV with Sky+HD viewing area, access to the ground floor bedrooms and a large stairway to the first floor.
7 of the 9 available bedrooms are on the ground floor, which provide 5 double and 2 twin bedrooms

First Floor
Living area with seating options, a further B&O TV with Sky+HD, and a gas-heated stove
Off the living area, there is a games room which provides a B&O TV with Sky+HD, a PlayStation 3, table-football, plus a further 2 sofa-beds.
Remaining two double bedrooms
The kitchen, well-equipped feature of The Oast, providing a gas range and ovens, separate electric ovens (so 4 ovens in total), domestic dishwasher, fridge and drinks cooler-cabinet. Large utility room at houses a commercial dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a second large fridge with freezer compartments.
Cot and highchair available.
For additional sleeping, each bedroom also has either a sofa (double) bed or a (double) day bed.
The family room has a further 2 single beds located in the inner dressing room which share the en-suite.
Please consider how you wish the beds to be made-up to agree the make-up and number in your group. After you have booked you will be asked to confirm your bed make-up requirements.
All bedrooms are en-suite with each providing a walk-in shower
In addition, each of the 3 largest double bedroom en-suites also come with a bath.

Parking for all on the pebbled drive as well as on a reinforced grass area.
There is also a large grassed games area with tennis, table tennis and badminton equipment provided.
The heated swimming pool with pool house and tennis court are for the exclusive use of The Oast, and are both separate and fully fenced areas. Sun-loungers, umbrellas, chairs, tables, plastic crockery and glasses, towels and games equipment are provided.
Two BBQs are also available from the pool house.
Please note - Out of consideration for our neighbours and our guests’ enjoyment of the peaceful and quiet countryside location, music is not permitted to be played in or outside the property after 11pm.

  • What you need to know

    Cot and highchair available. 

    Heated swimming pool available for use May - September tennis courts. Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 9am. All amplified music is forbidden.  

    We regret this property is not suitable for erecting a marquee.

    The maximum seated dining at anyone time is 42. 

    A security deposit of £1000 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
     
     

    What makes this area so special

    Vineyards to visit, golf clubs and there’s even horseriding locally too. If you love gardens, you’re in the right place. Sissinghurst and Great Dixter are just down the road and Bedgebury Pinetum is fun for cycling.

      Initial service excellent especially through Tom. There was confusion over an additional data projector and screen and the vendor was contacted unnecessarily several times. Superb, an excellent venue for a large family with dogs, and group of friends, for any type of weather.
