    This luxury holiday cottage is situated in Dungeness, Kent, and is in an unspoilt area on the southernmost corner of the bay that stretches from Folkestone to Romney Marsh.       Great smooth service. The cottage (Fulmar) was one of the best that we have rented in terms of quality. We didn’t need to contact Mulberry -which is what you want- as all relevant information was already provided. Beautiful cottage in a really magical location. The interior is even better than it looks in the photos and everything is finished to a really high standard and well laid out. It feels like a proper home and is missing the slightly cheap feel that you often find in holiday cottages. The guest book is full of repeat visitors and I can see why, we would love to go back for a longer stay in the future

      Fulmar Cottage is wonderful, we had a very happy time there. The cottage was lovely and clean and everything we needed was provided. It’s location is so close to the sea and on most days we were the only people on the shingle beach. Enjoy if you go, we want to book again for next summer, I can’t imagine my summer holiday anywhere else now.

      Great experience. So easy to arrange this holiday, brilliant service and communication from the team. The house we stayed in was lovely, and of a very high standard. We have booked through Mulberry Cottages before, and would definitely book with them again in the future! Lovely house in a great location. very clean and of a very high standard. This was our third holiday in this house, and we would definitely stay there again!

      We dealt with Mulberry Cottages via an online booking. All email correspondence was very clear. Payment was easy. All details arrived when promised. Beautifully located cottage with access straight off the veranda onto the shingle. Very clean and well equipped - a peaceful place to spend a week.

      This is the 10th time we have stayed at Fulmar - it never disappoints. The cottage is always immaculate, with everything you could need for a seaside holiday. The pub is nearby, the trains go by on the other side of the fence and we all wave to each other! The sea is not far over the shingle, there are lovely places to visit nearby, also lots of place for eating and drinking - and the cottage is very comfortable is you decide to spend a day at home - it can be very wet and windy at times and the thunder and lightening last week was marvellous.

      First rate service, as always. Wonderful location, quiet and peaceful. This was our 4th visit to Fulmar. Love the property overall. Would have given it 5 stars if we hadn’t found several large spiders, and their cobwebs in the property. Also we found on previous occasions that the towels were very hard, so took our own this time.

      The member of staff I spoke to was extremely helpful in booking a last-minute holiday over bank holiday, tracking down the owner and getting back to me very swiftly. The house itself was idyllic, with very comfortable generously sized beds and top-quality bedlinen. The kitchen was perfectly provisioned. The whole layout of the property was roomy and cosy in one. I have no complaint to make about this property. I felt very guilty at the extravagance of booking it - but it was worth every penny. I will dream about the place for years. I could go back to this place again and again. The property is designed to be cosy and spacious. It is discreetly but comfortably furnished and provisioned. I felt completely at one with the world and very restored for staying here. Will definitely return.

      The staff are always helpful and professional with good attention to detail. I have booked my holiday cottage with Mulberry for 5+ years and never had a problem The cottage is always very clean and comfortable; the furniture and fittings are plentiful, always clean and in a good state of repair. It is a perfect place to relax [no phone or wi-fi] right on the beach, beautiful sunsets and sunrises, lots wildlife around. Nearby pubs for meals, lots of interesting places to visit and the train is a lovely ride whatever the weather. There are also books, board games & DVDs for the odd day in.

      Payment section of website is a bit hit and miss. Needs better cooking utensils, handle came off pan so had to screw back on. Need more cooking utensils, very limited supply. This is a self catering cottage so should be well equipped but isn’t.

      Very friendly Could do with deeper cleaning in places number of cobwebs throughout. Shower hose too short. Damp smell in large bedroom had to leave windows open even overnight. No information about local area and supermarkets, petrolstations etc.
