Efficient as usual. No problems and the property was in excellent condition thanks to Janette. We have stayed here many times and love it, the only concern is the shower that needs replacing. You have to run it for 5 minutes to reach a usable temperature and that’s such a waste of water.

We have always had good service and help from the friendly staff if required. We have always had a very friendly welcome from Janet and Terry on arrival and they have always helped sort any problem but these have been very few. Garden cottage is ideal for 2 adults with everything provided to make a comfortable stay. The lovely garden is a delight to enjoy on fine days and the setting is in an enjoyable area with lots of walks from the door. If you want a quiet time this is also more than possible.

Cottage was very cramped and the bedroom claustrophobic and stuffy. The pond in the garden was shared with the owners so was not at all what it looked like in the brochure. Cramped and very claustrophobic. Stuffy when we arrived and lots of flies.

Used them several times, no problems. It’s a great cottage but the shower (it’s shot) and bathroom now need some updating.

The booking worked well, I was sent emails at different points along the way to remind me when to pay and for information regarding key access etc. All round the service provided by Mulberry Cottages was very good. The cottage was lovely and very nicely furnished and equipped. It was cool in the heatwave, under the trees in the garden. Having such a good sized garden alongside the pond with a view of the beautiful garden on the other side was such a bonus and being able to bring dogs was wonderful. The only reason I have deducted a star is that the garden isn’t dog proof at all, with access both to the owners’ garden and the quiet lane. The details do warn not to leave your dog unattended but you can’t even sit and read peacefully as you have to keep an eye on your dog all the time (even a geriatric spaniel likes to explore a bit). If the details had specified this we would have long lines to tether the dogs which would have made it perfect and 5 stars. We will visit again,

Sehr gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage.

Perfect accomodation and the service provided by Mulberry Cottages was very efficient and professional. Le service était très efficace et sérieux. Le logement répondait parfaitement à nos attentes et il n’y a eu aucune mauvaise surprise par rapport à ce qui était annoncé.

Didn’t find the staff particularly helpful when I wanted to change my booking so I went through the owners directly who were exceptional. Fantastic property and the owners housekeepers couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. Planning to go back later in the year. The area is so tranquil and relaxing, just what we needed and the cottage garden was pretty and well maintained.

The staff handling our order were friendly efficient giving confidence in the company. Every detail was covered and instructions were comprehensive and clear. As to the cottage it was charming and the garden gorgeous. If I had to nit pick, the showers was a little tricky as the thermostat didn’t seem to function too well, but really it didn’t impact on the holiday. I would definately use the company for any further stays and have already recommended it to several people. Thank you for helping make this holiday memorable.

We had been trying for a while online to find a suitable place, with no success, but when we found Mulberry Cottages and had an online chat in a pop-up box, we got it all sorted in half an hour. Wonderful efficient service from the young lady who found us a short list of places that suited our needs, and then rang us up to do the arrangements. It is a lovely little cottage, with milk, bread & butter provided on arrival (it might be good to tell visitors this in advance, as I brought some), very clean & just right.
