Excellent all round. Carpenter’s Arm’s Cottage was beautiful inside and out.So many extras included and a lovely welcome pack waiting for us.We were three generations, and it was ideal for everyone, lots of room. The hot tub was a great success, we had a job to get the children out of it ! Ideally situated, so many places to visit within easy reach. We would certainly recommend it to others. It was just as we expected, if not better. Bags of space inside and out and lots of room for everyone to relax.

No issues with booking the property. I felt that I had to be proactive at requesting certain information as it got closer to the time we were staying and some information was not correct. For example, it said the owner would be in contact to discuss key arrangements but two days before travelling there, I hadn’t heard anything so I asked mulberry to confirm what would happen and they just sent through the same document saying he would be in touch. I called the owner myself in the end but it was not the personalised touch I was expecting. Owner was really welcoming and friendly. He accommodated a dog staying at late notice which was really helpful. Fantastic property and two night stay.

We would deal with Mulberry Cottages again. Perfect for our needs; especially the hot tub for our grandchildren.

We stayed at the Gardener’s Arms Cottage in Langford, N Somerset, and the cottage was beautiful. We would fully recommend this place! Fantastic quality and value for money. The beds were extremely comfortable, there was a very good bathroom ratio to guests, very well equipped kitchen with everything you’d want, beautiful grounds and the hot tub was an amazing bonus. The cottage is also very well positioned so you can still walk to various pubs and restaurants, but it feels secluded. The owner recommended the Plough at Wrington, which is an amazing gastropub. All in all, a fantastic stay.

We had a lovely family time in this beautiful, very well equipped house. There was enough space for us all to be together .... or even apart! The hot tub was such fun. It was very well placed for some lovely country walks.

Wonderful weekend stay and beautiful cottage. At the end of May my friends and I stayed at the Gardener’s Arms Cottage. It was an ideal setting and perfect for our friends hen weekend. The service from Mulberry Cottages and the owner Steve were faultless. We had all the information we needed. Plus more than enough contact with both Mulberry Cottages and the owner before and during our stay. Wonderful weekend stay and beautiful cottage. We have booked through Mulberry Cottages many times over the past few years and have always found the experience from the booking, the directions and the properties to be of a very high standard. We recently stayed at ’Hill House Farm’ in Canterbury and it was absolutely superb. The cottage was recently renovated and the house was filled with gorgeous bouquets of spring flowers complete with a huge bowl of fruit and hot cross buns. It’s the little added extras that make Mulberry cottages stand out from all the other holiday letting companies. We use Mulberry cottages at least once a year and know that the houses we stay in will be quirky and the whole experience is first class. Absolutely stunning house in a beautiful part of the country. Loved sitting by the fire playing board games with the family. The decor and interior design in this property was beautiful.
