The entry to the house leads into a lobby area. A passage from the lobby connects to the annex.
Kitchen: separate range-master with five ring gas cooker with electric ovens and extractor hood, microwave, small fridge, dishwasher, breakfast table which seats 10.
Utility room, washing machine, dryer, large fridge/freezer and walk in pantry. A downstairs WC leads from the utility room.

Dining room, table seats up to 20, original fire place with electric fire, piano (poor condition) access to the music room/ play room is through this room.

What you need to know
A security deposit of £1,000 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.

entral heating - storage heaters in the main reception rooms; gas elsewhere. To save energy please only heat the water you need and do not leave the heating on all day unless it is very cold. There are exterior shutters in the kitchen which help retain heat at night.
2 pets allowed - please do not allow them on beds
The owners are now allowing guests with larger groups to enjoy the private studio flat in addition to the main house and annex, at no extra charge. This is located to the left of the gates to the main house and has views over the garden. It has a king sized bed and shower room. But please do not use the flat's kitchen other than to make hot drinks and please do not wear outdoor shoes in the flat. Also note that the glass sliding door to the bathroom cannot be opened at this time so please do not attempt to move it. The flat as its own front door and also a back door to the garden.
