Pet and disabled friendly with under floor heating throughout the cottage features a private terrace that captures the most stunning views across the South Downs perfect for dining al fresco.\nThe cottages are stylishly furnished to a very high standard including linen and soft furnishings.     A security deposit of £500 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.

      Mulberry were helpful but took a long time to respond considering it is a concierge service we were provided with. Didn’t seen as knowledgeable as I would have thought and didn’t contact us before our stay. In comparison the owner regular stayed in touch before we stayed and was extremely helpful. Lovely place and scenery. Everything you would need including games and puzzles. Will definitely return if in a large group. Only downside is nothing is in short walking distance like a pub and would be expensive if going in a small group.

      We went for my hen weekend, there was 14 of us! We arrived on Friday to some cakes and wine, bread and milk too! Had a visit from the lady who looks after the properties that evening, we then went for a night out in Southampton which was a little far but achievable for other hens/stags! The place itself was clean and beautiful and spacious! The hot tubs are lovely. I’ve previously stayed in one of the smaller cottages and had a lovely time both visits! Despite the awful weather we had an amazing time, the location is beautiful even in a storm! One suggestion is that Mulberry Cottages had lead us to believe that the cottages connected internally which wasn’t the case although this was not a huge problem. The deposit was back in my account within hours of leaving! Thank you for a lovely stay! I would highly recommend a stay here! We went for my hen weekend, there was 14 of us!
