Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, table and four chairs. Back door into garden.
Sitting Room/Diner: Three sofas, TV with Freeview, footstool, coffee table, selection of books, DVD player, table and six chairs, side unit, two French doors one leading onto the back garden.
