      Very simple to use and very responsive. Perfect location for a perfect cottage. The cottage has a large kitchen and living area combined with a good sized bedroom and bathroom. All modern but cozy. The owner is next door so the service levels are exceptional. Kingham itself is a charming little village with a pub (the Plough) where we enjoyed their excellent restaurant. The village also has an award winning restaurant (the Wild Rabit, which was a bit too far up the scale for us - but we had coffee in the front patio and it was lovely). The Kingham Plough is just across the street from the cottage and the Wild Rabit is just a short walk away as well. And speaking of walking, Kingham is the start of several trails or footpaths and there are many, many great walks just a few mikes away. With frequent train service to London from the nearby Kingham station, you couldn’t ask for more.

      Efficient, received all relevant info Lovely location, quiet but in between 2 good pubs. Though very pricey! The cottage was perfect, very clean and comfortable.

      We loved our stay at College Cottage Farmhouse in May 2017! The cottage itself was charming, nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable, with all the mod-cons and self-catering equipment that anyone could want for a holiday stay. The location was perfect - in a picturesque village not far from Oxford (where we picked up and dropped off our rental car) and smack in the heart of the best part of the Cotswolds. And to top it off, the host was most genial, friendly, and accommodating. If you are planning a visit to the Cotswolds, stay here - you won’t be disappointed! Excellent accommodation for a holiday in the Cotswolds.

      Did not have much to do with the company, found the client contract quite strict and overbearing. Absolutely fabulous stay, couldn’t fault it. Would recommend anyone here for their stay in the Cotswolds. Very warm reception from owner and lovely tranquil cottage. Well located and a short walk from two excellent pubs.

      Great communication before and during our stay. They couldn’t have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We even had fresh eggs and homemade liqueur which was a lovely touch. Stunning cottage to a high spec, very comfortable that provided everything you could need in a beautiful location. We would definitely visit again.

      When questions asked re accommodation had to call on more than one occasion for an answer!! In the end we waited till got details of owner and went direct to them for response

      Whenever I spoke to them from the initial enquiry through to the final booking they were always polite, helpful and friendly. Beautiful cottage and location. Fabulous hosts in Nick and Jen. Will definitely return here again.

      Prompte, goede service. Op rekening staat nog extra charge voor betalen met creditcard. Deze onzinnige charge is inmiddels vervallen, dus graag van website halen. Modern en gezellig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien, centraal gelegen in noordoosten Cotswolds
