Enclosed patio garden with table and 4 chairs. Parking for 2-3 cars. There is a small field 20 metres away that can be used for ball games etc. There is also a shed with a washing machine that can be used to store bikes (this is not secure but the property is in a quiet location, on a private farm away from any neighbours or members of the public).
What you need to know
As the cottage is on a farm with livestock in the surrounding fields, regretfully pets are not permitted. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.
Grove Cottage has a wheelchair access ramp.
Please do not enter the neighbouring fields unless it is to access the footpaths.
It is better to arrive during the daylight as the property is away from the road and may be missed.
