The master bedroom has a king-size bed from which you can look out of the window and over the rolling fields. If you are lucky the owners’ horse will even stop by to say hello The second bedroom has a single bed with pull-out and is suitable for either 1 adult or two children."

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2), single bed with pull-out bed (NB. The two beds are put next to each other in order to fit the room, therefore are only suited to children).

Enclosed patio garden with table and 4 chairs. Parking for 2-3 cars. There is a small field 20 metres away that can be used for ball games etc. There is also a shed that can be used to store bikes (this is not secure but the property is in a quiet location, on a private farm away from any neighbours or members of the public).
What you need to know
As the cottage is on a farm with livestock in the surrounding fields, regretfully pets are not permitted. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.
Grove Cottage has a wheelchair access ramp.
Please do not enter the neighbouring fields unless it is to access the footpaths.
It is better to arrive during the daylight as the property is away from the road and may be missed.
