Paul and Janet were excellent hosts and provided those little extras that made our stay more enjoyable. From milk, cake and eggs upon arrival to lounge chairs during our stay. All very much appreciated. Wonderful secluded spot just a short walk from the local village pub and store. Great getaway. Thanks for your hospitality.

Very smooth process from start to finish. The staff were very helpful whenever I needed to contact them. The cottage was lovely and their directions to find it were good. Grove cottage was in a lovely location within walking distance of a pretty village with shop and good pub. The owners were friendly and helpful and there were lovely touches like a vase of flowers on the table and eggs, cake, tea and coffee provided.

Grove cottage was the peaceful getaway that we had hoped for. Immaculately clean, light and airy. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We loved the welcome provisions of fresh eggs, milk and cake, thank you. There are good walks from the cotttage and a pub serving great food just a few minutes walk down the lane. We enjoyed ‘Master Spratts’ the horse coming to greet us from his field adjacent to the cottage. Come prepared with a few carrots! Excellent property, friendly owners and a first rate booking experience with Mulberry Cottages.

The staff were efficient and arranged accommodation at short notice. Instructions to the cottage were clear and concise - receiving information within minutes of making the payment. The owners have recently renovated this cottage so everything was to a very high standard. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for your self catering stay. The owners were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, even providing fresh eggs from their hens! The location is ideal for exploring the Kent countryside, however close enough to Canterbury and other towns and villages. There is a local shop within a short walk of the cottage and the remoteness and tranquillity of the place was lovely. You are greeted most nights and morning by the resident horse, who resides in the paddock close by. We will definitely be going back next summer and would recommend it if you fancy a ’get away from it all’ experience.

Grove Cottage is a lovely, peaceful, relaxing getaway. Deep in the heart of the Kent countryside. The accommodation is charming and was everything I needed for my stay with my two daughters. The owners are very charming and we loved the goodies they left for our welcome. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s lovely waking up seeing the sweet horse grazing right outside your door and seeing the cute sheep also. The accommodation is very private and serene. The location is walking distance to a cute little village with a village pub that does great food and lots of walking trails all within walking distance. If you want beautiful, quaint, British countryside, this is your place. Grove Cottage is a lovely, peaceful, relaxing getaway. Deep in the heart of the Kent countryside. Peaceful, calm but nevertheless close to canterbury, where you can get all the things you need for daily life. If you seek a place to relax, mulberry cottage is the place where you get what you’re looking for. Perfect. Modern and nice place
