Hastingleigh Barn Complex: sleeps 18 in 8 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 5 reception rooms, 3 en-suite shower rooms, 3 family bath/shower rooms, communal games room and additional reception room for dining.
Accommodation is provided within five cottages - 3 are adjoining cottages (no interconnecting doors) on ground level and each with 2 bedrooms. Plus a further 2 adjoining cottages (not interconnecting) in the same complex - ground level, each with 1 bedroom, and one with a sofa bed. All cottages have their own reception, kitchen and bathroom/s.
The Mills 3 adjoining cottages:
1 Mill Cottage 2 x Double bedrooms (sleeps 2 each) both en-suite shower rooms and a reception area.
2 and 3 Mill Cottages - each cottage contains a twin room singles beds (sleeps 2 each) and a double bedrooms (sleeps 2 each), a sitting room and a family bathroom with bath tub.
All cottages are offered with the same newly renovated standard, 1 Mill is slightly smaller living space.
3 x Kitchen areas, well equipped with dishwashers, electric ovens, electric hobs, extractor fans and fridges.
The Stables 2 adjoining cottages
1 Stables, 1 Twin bedroom, (sleeps 2) ensuite shower room, plus a double sofa bed (sleeps 2)
2 Stables, 1 open plan living area, with double futon bed (sleeps 2) with shower room

What you need to know
A security deposit of £400 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
Pets only allowed in 1 and 2 Mill Cottages - please do not let your pets in the other accommodation on site.

Properties in England - Current government guidance states that in England, outdoor restaurants and takeaway options, as well as swimming pools are permitted to open in Step 2 (expected to be 12 April – 16 May 2021), subject to social distancing rules. Indoor entertainment and areas of hospitality will not be permitted to open until Step 3 (expected to be 17 May – 20 June 2021).
Wales: The latest Welsh government guidance states that outdoor attractions and outdoor hospitality, including at cafes, pubs and restaurants can reopen on Monday 26 April 2021. Gyms, leisure facilities and fitness facilities can reopen on 3 May 2021.
Scotland: The latest Scottish government guidance states that gyms and swimming pools can reopen for individual exercise on 26 April 2021. On the same day, outdoor hospitality (which can serve alcohol and stay open until 10pm) and indoor hospitality (without alcohol and closing at 8pm) can reopen.
