Very helpful. Good communication. Very friendly owner. Welcome pack of essentials - bread, butter, milk etc plus wine and a delicious cake. The cottage is beautiful, very cosy, love the decor. Dungeness is a beautiful area and the cottage looks out over the shingle to the sea. It’s very peaceful. This is our second stay and we are hoping to return again next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Helvetia. The property is well located with direct access to the beach and sea, and the Britannia Inn a couple of minutes walk away. The house was well equipped, clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. We were pleased to find fresh bread, milk, butter a bottle of wine and a lovely home made cake provided. We plan to return.

Great service, nothing to fault Really nice characterful accommodation in great location. Hard to beat sitting in the sun lounge looking out towards the sea and great beach/sea views from the shower as well! Wifi coverage a tad patchy but once we found the best spots not a problem. Wood burner was great, but unseasonably mild October weather meant we hardly used it. Dungeness is of course completely unique and therefore this makes for an unforgettable holiday.

The staff at Mulberry Cottages were very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent. The cottage was very homely. We loved the decor. It was clean and well looked after. The owners were very friendly and left a very useful welcome pack for us. The cake was delicious. The location of the cottage was exceptional - the area is something special. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and are hoping to book again for next year. The only downside is that it is advertised as having wifi. In reality the wifi signal was not very reliable. This did not bother us, but it may be an issue to some people.

I had missed Helvetia and Mulberry sent it to me to consider - it turned out to be the best holiday accommodation we have had The best holiday accommodation of the many that we have had. Excellent location, excellently fitted out in quality 1930’s style and a lovely welcome pack. We will be back.

We spent a very happy week at Dungeness in a beautiful cottage, It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The owners made us very welcome by leaving a welcome starter pack. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a quite relaxing time. Cottage furnished in 1930 period but had TV with preview.

Easy to use web site and help at hand if you should need it. I cannot wait to come back to this beautiful cottage set in the most stunning surroundings. A perfect retreat for our busy London family life. Thoughtful owners left us cake and a bottle of wine. Logs for the fire which was so cosy at night. Fish and chips at the Pilot Inn a ten minute stroll away. A game of pool at the Britannia pub even closer. The peace and the scenery and a comfy cottage were a real tonic for our frazzled souls.
