Schönes stilvolles Quartier, aber nicht genug Bettzeug. Service war nicht erreichbar. Rückruf erfolgte erst nach Tagen.

Highly professional service. Absolutely no complaints. This is the second time that we have taken this property and I would be surprised if it were to be the last. The cottage is superb, very well maintained and excellently located. We cannot fault it. If one were to wish for a calm and quintessentially English break involving beautiful walks, friendly pubs and historical yet well equipped accommodation, I highly recommend this property.

The booking easily made and managed by email and the website. We had a change to make and MC accommodated our request with no bother. She was very helpful during our stay. A wonderful cottage that suited us perfectly and had lots of historic charm. It had everything we needed and is well located near Chilham and only 15 mins drive from Canterbury. Our only minor suggestion is that it would be useful if the internal doors were labelled so it was clear which were part of our cottage and which were private.

would have liked an email to remind me to pay the balance, and how much it was. A lovely old cottage, which was just what we were looking for. The shower was excellent, the kettle annoying as the filter really slowed down the rate of flow. The freezer was too cold and we were unable to make it less cold. We had to take ice cream out at least an hour in advance in order to get the spoon to go in! It would have been nice to have met the owner, or someone.

Good service apart from no one made it clear I had to pay a £500 holding deposit on my CC prior to arrival. Beautiful properties, lovely surroundings but one of the beds was a pull out on the floor which wasn’t clear when we booked and was disappointing as we needed to fit 4 adults in the room. The BBQs hadn’t been cleaned and had old food left in them. Hot water ran out in all the properties and our guests had to have cold showers. Pool was lovely but very cold. Would book again if the above was addressed.
