Great house. Could have been more updated/modern (i.e. wonky stairs / very old & noisy windows / very noisy hot water system) Would definitely stay there again for the location Would have been 5 stars if house had few modernizations / or cost reflected the downsides

Kind client service, lovely selection of houses and accurate descriptions. I’d simply make the communication a bit more personalised, focusing on the "experience" rather than the logistics. For instance, communicating a bit more along the personality of each house / host and sending customised paper work and instructions rather than the generic Mulberry contract. But generally very happy with the service provided Clare has been a marvellous host, letting us in her house rather late on the friday night and helping us very kindly with an Ocado food delivery. The house is gorgeous and offers a very cosy living room and dining room. Nice walks around as well. We would all stay here again. Thank you Clare!

Easy-to-use website and clear communication This is a really lovely property and the owner is very helpful. The kitchen is great with lots of helpful bits and pieces (oil, salt and pepper etc) and the dining room is really good for a large group. The bedrooms are all decent sizes and all doubles have en-suites. As the property is quite old, it is a little chilly but there are blankets, extra duvets and log fires to keep you warm. The property is on a farm (so expect a bit of noise from the cows!) and is not far from villages with local amenities and Canterbury.
