Mulberry charge a lot for admin. Yet they took so long to answer a telephone enquiry, had to ring me back and took a long time doing it, that I lost the second night I had planned to book. I think the person who owns the property should pay the admin fee.....it is, after all their business. No doubt they would add it to the price anyway. The cottage suited our purpose and the host was very friendly. Comfortable accommodation. Nice garden. Off the beaten track so very quiet.

Finding properties was not as easy as other sites I have used. The after care was appalling,I had to chase for over three weeks for my deposit to be returned and when it was finally returned the holiday reference and address wasn’t even in the same county. To add insult to injury I was charged a fee for returning my money. The actual host and property were delightful, shame about the company that represents them Unlike the company, the house and host were delightful
