What makes this area so special

Canterbury is a wonderful medieval Kent city, which is surrounded by the original city walls. It has so much to offer the holiday-maker including the Canterbury Cathedral and St Augustine’s Abbey, both of which have been designated UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and both are well worth a visit during your stay in Kent. A whole day can be spent just exploring the Canterbury Cathedral, Crypt and Cloisters.
