A beautifully converted honey stone Cotswold barn, perfectly situated in a pretty hamlet in the rolling Oxfordshire countryside. Not far to the town of Bampton of ’Downton Abbey’ fame and the River Thames is beyond.

Part of a complex with two other barns but still feels private | Great for family groups with plenty of space, inside and out | 18 miles from Oxford and also surrounded by beautiful Cotswold villages and towns

About Hoxton Barn

Introduction

"Hoxton Barn is a well designed spacious barn and you will love this traditional yet completely renovated property.\nIts large living areas kitchen and bedrooms all extend across the ground level with a private courtyard garden in the centre that’s perfect for a summer BBQ and a few glasses of bubbles to celebrate with family and friends.\nClose to the River Thames Chimney Meadows nature reserve and a stone’s throw from the Thames pathway there is no shortage of stunning nature walks to enjoy. Venture a couple of miles down the road and you will stumble across the local pub set on the river - it’s a blissful spot to enjoy lunch.\nEven though the barn is set within a small hamlet of houses. Hoxton Barn is nevertheless close to a number of other villages including Aston and the market towns of Bampton Witney and Faringdon where most high street shops and supermarkets can be found.\nWith the benefit of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms an abundance of space and a welcome log burner to add atmosphere and warmth to your country break this gorgeous barn is perfectly suited for group weekends and holidays or luxury celebrations."
