There are two double bedrooms and a shower room.\nOutside is a terrace with garden furniture where you can sit and enjoy the far reaching views of the countryside and also watch the coming and going of this Garden of England working farm.\nLong walks in the countryside leisurely lunches in a nearby country pub or a visit to nearby Leeds Castle are all on your doorstep.\nWhatever the season whatever the reason Keepers Retreat is here for you to enjoy all year round.\nAnd if you want more space why not book Pheasant Retreat as well which sits alongside Keepers Retreat and sleeps 6 guests."

    • What you need to know

    Parking for two cars on the driveway.
    This is a working farm, access is not permitted to the farm, and no dogs are allowed.
    Keepers Retreat is based on the ground floor, there are no stairs.
    Please ensure children are supervised at all times.
    The owner lives on site. The owners house is located approx. 25 metres from the retreat.
    Please be advised there is no wifi at this property, however, 3G/4G can be used on your mobile device.
    Gas Central heating throughout.

    For cleaning purposes the owners have purchased an Airsteril machine that will be used between lets to ensure the best possibly cleanliness for all guests:
    AIRSTERIL
    Microorganisms are deposited on surfaces from the air where they continue to grow, magnifying odour issues and the risk of infections. Standard room cleaning and disinfecting procedures can only offer a temporary solution. As soon as an area is cleaned the airborne microorganisms immediately begin to settle, recolonizing the surfaces and increasing the odour and infection problems. Many places still only use fragrances which attempt to mask odours and do not target the source; the contamination both in the air and on surfaces.
    AIRsteril technology changes all of this…

    What makes this area so special

    The small, quiet and ancient village of Ulcombe that sits on the Greensand Way walking path. It has a lovely church, and local pub, The Harrow. There are good walks all around the lodge.
